All cut to order and packaged however you'd like. Like roasts? We can cut all varieties of roasts. Prefer steaks? We can maximize your options for steaks! Want more hamburger for easy weeknight meals? We can do whatever you can imagine, the choice is up to you!
Each half beef is approximately 400 lbs. and each whole beef is approximately 800 lbs. Cut and wrap is included in the price at $5.25/lb.
