The T-bone and porterhouse are steaks cut from the short loin of beef. Both include a t-shaped bone with meat on each side, although the porterhouse has a fuller tenderloin steak to compliment the strip loin steak, or New York steak, on the other side of the bone. Tender and full of flavor, these steaks won't disappoint!
